Kalil is a NASM certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and kickboxing coach. Born and raised here in the UP, Kalil has been an outdoor sports enthusiast her whole life, and spends her time dirt biking, mountain biking, skiing, and trail running. While attending NMU, Kalil discovered a passion for Muay Thai kickboxing, and spent many years training and competing professionally in Thailand. After undergoing several reconstructive knee surgeries, Kalil learned the importance of weight training and conditioning as a means of preventing and treating injury, enhancing sports performance and longevity, and living an all-around healthier and safer life. She is enthusiastic about bringing what she has learned to others and helping them approach their lives, sports, and passions with greater strength and confidence.
